What you buy

A subscription to Placebo creatine monohydrate at the daily dose you choose. Each charge pays for three boxes of 30 daily servings, shipped together once every 3 months.

5 g a day: $75 every 3 months ($25/mo). 10 g a day: $135 every 3 months ($45/mo). Shipping included. Sales tax added where the law requires it.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every 3 months. On each renewal we charge the payment method you used at checkout the price you agreed to, until you cancel.

We email you before each renewal with the date and the amount.

If the price ever changes, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before then.

Cancel

Online, anytime, at https://placebocreatine.com/manage: enter your email and cancel in one tap. Or email contact@melriver.com and we cancel for you.

Cancel before your next renewal date and you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep what you already received.

Your place is kept in every lot while you subscribe. If you cancel, it goes back to the lot.

Refunds

Your first box: if you are not happy with it, email contact@melriver.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to send it back.

A renewal you forgot to cancel: email us within 7 days of the charge and before the box ships, and we refund it in full.

A box that arrives damaged or never arrives: we send a new one or refund it, your choice.
