What we collect

When you subscribe: your name, email, shipping address and order history. Card details go to Stripe; we never see your full card number.

When you arrive from an ad: the ad parameters in the link (such as utm_source or fbclid), kept with your order so we know which ad worked.

When you browse: anonymous usage statistics, without cookies.

Why

To ship your boxes, charge your subscription, answer your emails, and know which ads bring customers.

Who sees it

Stripe (payments), our manufacturer and fulfillment partner and the carrier (shipping), and our analytics provider. Each uses it only to do that job.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long

While you are a customer, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of any sale or sharing, wherever you live in the US. Email contact@melriver.com; we answer within 45 days. We do not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This product and this site are for adults 18 and over.
